I wanted to write you concerning our outage.

Outage Update:
Our host was kind enough to explain how we were banned at length; SpamExperts, a professional standard in filtering email services marked our email as spam and blacklisted us from using our automated outbox (no-reply@coom.xxx). Our surge in new users triggered their system into flagging us, we were climbing upwards of 200+ accounts a day! Thank you so much for your interest. However, when I tried to understand why we were marked as spam if we offer a authentic adult gaming service, they seem to be dodging my question. Either they don't know or won't tell me. I've been with my host for about a ~8 years and I have nothing but good things to say about my tenure with them. I trust they will find a resolution for us by tomorrow.

We have a backup solution almost prepared that will use a verification code instead of a verification link. When first logging into the game. I think you should all be pretty familiar with this format:
